All buyers are responsible for any duty/tax that is due upon receipt of the package. We cannot accept responsibility for international orders that are held up in customs.
The utmost care will be used to package the item(s) with proper padding and supports when needed. However if the item is damaged in transit it will be at our discretion to send a replacement item.
Delivery times can take 5-10 business days.
United States & International
Delivery times may take 10-15 business days. Sometimes delivery times may take up to a month, however we have not personally encountered this situation. If you require a faster shipping method please indicate that at the time of purchase and we will send a revised invoice with the updated shipping method. As well, you can add tracking, delivery confirmation or signature to your order but please let us know prior to making your purchase so we can add this cost to your invoice.
Local Pick Up
If you are in the Edmonton, Alberta and surrounding areas, we would be happy to make arrangements for curb-side pick-up. Please choose Local Pick Up during the checkout process. Once your order is placed and payment is received, we will be in touch with the location for curb-side pick up.
Tracking is available at an additional cost. We retain receipts of all packages shipped (recording the date and postal/ZIP code) as documentation that your package was shipped. Shipping to other countries other than Canada can take a lot of time (more than 3 weeks). Therefore, International packages will not be considered lost until at least six weeks have passed. Unless you have purchased Delivery Confirmation, we will not consider responsibility for packages that are lost.
Ship To Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct. We are unable to issue refunds on packages that are sent to the wrong address or returned to sender.
