Return Policies

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations
We take pride in all the pieces we make so please contact us as soon as possible with any concerns about your order. Refunds or exchanges are not guaranteed but may be necessary in some cases. Shipping costs will not be refunded. The buyer is responsible to pay for the return shipping for refunds and/or exchanges.
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, 
  • Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Because of the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

If the delivery address given is incorrect, Bare It Designs is unable to issue refunds. 

A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, please contact your bank or credit card provider/agency of the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.

Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of purchase.  Order cancellations can only be made before shipment.  Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.

    Backorders
    Bare It Designs Ltd. does not do backorders.  If an item is unavailable it will be removed from the order, and you will be notified.
