Shipping policy

Shipping is done through Canada Post (domestic & international orders) and USPS (US orders standard shipping only). Orders are shipped within 3 to 7 business days upon order confirmation. This does not include made to order/custom items. For domestic orders only: tracking is not included in our standard shipping method (10-15 business days).  

All buyers are responsible for any duty/tax that is due upon receipt of the package. Bare It Designs cannot be responsible for international orders that are held up in customs.

Bare It Designs cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by weather and/or by the shipping company.

Packaging
The utmost care will be used to package the item(s) with proper padding and supports when needed. However if the item is damaged in transit it will be at our discretion to send a replacement item.

Local Pick Up
If you are in the Edmonton, Alberta and surrounding areas,  we would be happy to make arrangements for curb-side pick-up.  Please choose Local Pick Up during the checkout process.  Once your order is confirmed, we will be in touch with the location details for curb-side pick up.
 
Lost Packages
International shipping can take a lot of time (+3 weeks or more especially during a pandemic). Therefore, international packages will not be considered lost until at least six (6) weeks have passed from the date of the shipping notification. Bare It Designs cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Ship To Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct.  Bare It Designs is unable to issue refunds on packages that are sent to the wrong address or returned to us.
