New fabrics are in and I'll be sewing limited quantities of these masks!
Update: This collection allows you to choose between a two (2) layered mask or a three (3) layered mask and the choice of elastics or a head tie (cord/ribbon). Please indicate your choice of elastics or head tie in the Special Instructions For Seller section when checking out. If no instructions are given, the default style are the elastics.
Whether you choose two (2) layers or three (3) layers, my masks still features a pocket where you can insert a filter* and the small sleeve at the nose for you to insert a wire**. And just like the first collection the masks are available in 4 sizes - men, womens/teen, youth (7-12 years old), children (3-6 years old).
If you choose the head tie fastening option, the tie can be easily adjusted (tightened for a snug fit) and is less irritating around the ears. If you choose the elastics option, don't forget to check out our ear savers: strap style or animal faced themed!
*Filter is not included.
**Nose wire included while supplies last. Once nose wire supplies run out, you can use a pipe cleaner, floral wire, twist tie, or twist together thin pieces of wire (ie. electrical wires).
The color for the lining fabric (pocket), the small (nose) sleeve, and ribbon/cord may vary based on supplies. Thanks for your understanding!
No refunds or exchanges due to the hygienic nature of the mask.
For local (Edmonton, AB & surrounding areas) curb-side pick up, choose Local Pick Up during the checkout process.
The masks will be ready for shipping in 3-7 business days.
Usage of a cloth mask does not guarantee your safety from Covid-19 or any other respiratory illness. A cloth mask is not intended to protect the wearer, but it may prevent the spread of virus from the wearer to others. This would be especially important if someone is infected but does not show any symptoms (asymptomatic). The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommends cloth masks should not be placed on young children younger than 2 years of age, anyone who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious, incapacitated or otherwise unable to remove the cover without assistance.
When wearing a cloth mask please avoid touching the mask itself. Change if the mask becomes damp/soiled. Remove the mask by untying and loosening up the ribbon/cord. Wash hands immediately after removing mask and the filter, place the soiled mask directly into the washing machine or a bag that can be emptied into the washing machine and then disposed of and launder in hot water cycle, lay flat to dry. Rinse and repeat these steps every time!
